B. Material: H13, it comes from America AISI. H13 electro slag remelting steel, the steel has high hardenability and anti cracking ability, the steel contains high content of carbon and vanadium with good abrasion resistance, its toughness is relatively weakened, it has good heat resistance, good strength and hardness at high temperatures, high wear resistance and toughness, resistance tempering stability and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.
C. Process/ Technology: Surface grinding, precision Japan Sodick EDM processing.
D. Processing Accuracy: Accuracy of grinding is 0.001 mm; accuracy of EDM is 0.002 mm; surface roughness is Ra0.4um, and other accuracy can be decided by our customers.
E. Surface Treatment: It depends on customer's drawings, and we can supply mirror polishing, DLC coating, PVD coating and so on.
