1)Application
Inserts are for auto connector molding industry. and they are used in high volume auto application. It needs high precision and durability,and that will enhance the manufacturability of the plastic parts. They are designed to allow for frequent change overs during production, while maintaining a high degree of precision.
2)Equipment
Inserts are made by using surface grinding. Our grinding can keep +/-0.001mm tolerance,as weel as a high-level surface roughness. Precision EDM machines, which can keepRa0.8 or better even mirror surface.
3)Ohter Capabilities:
Precision EDM, including Mitsubishi EDM, Sodick EDM, Fanuc CNC, Mistsbishi FA Wire EDM. Grinding include Surface Grinder, Cylinder Grinder, Centerless Grinder.
4)Measurements:
Three Dimesions, Nikon Projectors, Mitutoyo Digital Caliper, Mitutoyo Digital Height Gauge, Rockwell Hardness Inspection Instrument, Microscopes, etc.
